First, chemistry is crucial! I hold a 15-minute discovery chat with each potential client to make sure we both feel comfortable with the vibes. ✨ Setting the foundation for mutual transparency and trust is essential going in.
At the top of each session, we'll set an agenda for what you want to focus on that day. Most of our time will be spent in discussion, with me asking you lots of questions and exploring insights. We'll close with identifying achievable actions toward meaningful progress and aligning on your commitments-to-self until our next meeting.

The ideal coaching cadence is once every 2 weeks. Regular sessions make it a lot easier to keep yourself accountable for your growth. Some clients prefer to meet every 3 weeks or once a month. Waiting longer than 4 weeks between sessions tends to decelerate progress and slow results.

When working with any coach, the most important thing to know is that YOU are the expert in your own experience. My role is to take into consideration your unique story, skills, and goals to help you develop your own powerful insights. I do this through inquiry to uncover disorienting dilemmas, challenge assumptions, encourage deeper reflection, and engage you in thoughtful dialogue that will surface the best solutions for your needs.

Only while we work together so I can be a reliable accountability partner to you! When our collaboration has ended, I erase all of the notes from our sessions. I don't keep archives.
